Les Invalides -- note Napoleon's tomb peeking out in the background. Mostly, this picture was to show the pointy shrubberies. We saw lots of pointy shrubberies in Paris. Why are they pointy? The best theory we could come up with was that they were pointy to show how Not British they were.
